WHO IS THE FROG KING? Frankly, we hardly know much about him ourselves. He’s an elusive one, hopping into the site and our offices only rarely, leaving us messages of hope and direction. Right now, The Frog King oversees five dominions: Political Spotlight – A review of our political leaders, particularly those contending in the upcoming American presidential elections, and their environmental bona fides. Celebrity Spotlight – Our Who’s Who of the sparkling world of fame and fortune, members nominated by their own acts of Green virtue. Legislative News – A constantly updating review of positive trends in domestic and international legislation aimed at Global Warming’s causes and cures. Issues – What’s what in the environmental world, the place to find knowledge that will help you understand the history, reality, and future of Global Warming—and the changes for the better your own actions can make. Solutions – Your own and our experts’ best and clearest ideas for simple, effective Green alternatives for your everyday activities: cleaning, driving, shopping, working, eating, and more. WHAT IS FROG KING? Frog King is a rapidly growing web magazine, devoted to awakening humanity to the nightmare of Global Warming. This is the greatest yet most unifying threat we face—the invisible shroud of Global Warming slouching itself around our uncertain planetary future. We want to trumpet the clarion call across the planet – Global Warming is here! – then offer help to our global family through innovative yet always simple steps. We believe that collective intelligence brings about global change. Our readers frequent the site to understand the problem and its solutions, find tips, read news, keep up with green politicians and celebrities, or offer up their own personal and expert opinions about how to have an immediate and beneficial impact in the fight against Global Warming. Frog King's corporate home is Atlanta, Georgia. FEATURED WRITERS Daniel P. Kray, our chief writer and senior editor, is a freelancer whose most recent project was as ghostwriter for the inspiring memoir, I Was Xinha, currently under major agency consideration. His next projects include a pair of novels introducing a Green Don Quixote, leading the environmental charge. At present, he is a Tree House Contractor and resident of Athens, Vermont. Richard Bowen has edited a number of political magazines at Westminster in the United Kingdom, including Green Government, a title dedicated to the promotion of environmental sustainability within the public sector. Lured by Frog King with the bait of the 2008 Presidential Election, Richard will continue to comment on the environmental developments that will help to shape the future political direction of the United States. Katherine Sansom is the lead copywriter at Decorus Lacuna, a writing services agency. She has worked with a range of organizations, and is currently providing content for the National Coal Mining Museum for England, ADSoft, and others.
